Boat slip leases at Tailrace Marina are typically offered on an annual basis. To ensure the safety and compliance of our community, all customers are required to maintain personal boat insurance throughout the duration of their lease. NO sub-leasing your slip or renting or chartering your vessel is allowed.

Pricing for boat slips at Tailrace Marina depends on the slip type (covered or uncovered) and size (20', 24', 28', and up to 40'). We strive to provide competitive rates that reflect the high-quality amenities and services included at Tailrace Marina. Payment plans are available.

Included in your slip lease is:
- 24/7 access to your vessel through a coded gate to your specific dock.
- A fully-stocked shipstore open 7-days a week with ice, beer, snacks, ice cream, hot dogs etc.
- Bathrooms with full showers.
- 100% Trex decking facility. No wood anywhere.
- Fuel dollies to help get fuel to your boat (no one wants to pay on-the-water fuel rates)!
- Master Level Captains who can do basic boat maneuvering lessons and parking instructions.

In addition to wet slips, Tailrace Marina offers convenient dry storage options to accommodate different needs and preferences. Our dry storage provides a secure environment for paddle boards and kayaks only.
